Shipping policy

ASH & GOLD currently ships within the United States.

Standard insured domestic shipping is included with each order. Expedited insured shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Because many ASH & GOLD pieces are made to order, production and fulfillment timing may vary by piece. Estimated timing will be noted on the product page or shared after order confirmation when applicable.

For security, select orders may require signature upon delivery.

International shipping is not broadly available at this time, but may be arranged by request. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

ASH & GOLD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with the carrier or insurance process.
